Our Shipping Policy

All Johnny Brookheart engagement rings and engagement piercings are shipped fully insured via the safest method possible. The security of your order is our highest priority.

Packages will alternatively be shipped via Registered Mail, UPS Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, local secured courier, or armored car. The method of shipping will depend on value of shipment and geographic location of recipient. We provide free insured shipping to all of our customers.

To protect the integrity of your shipment we do not release tracking information while the package is in route. Your order will be carefully tracked by a Johnny Brookheart customer service representative while it is in transit. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us via your customer account.

Packages shipped via UPS or FedEx will always be marked “Hold at Location” for the safety and security of our customers. You will be notified when your delivery has arrived at the local shipping office, and may be picked up your leisure. Please bring photo identification.

Though all of our jewelry is hand-crafted we are able to guarantee delivery within 14 days.
